  • Gaylord Boxes Re-used internally or Sold to local Recyclers
• Less then Grade “A” Quality Products ground and re-manufactured or sold as “B” grade product. 
• Florissant Lighting used throughout the Factory and Offices 
• Skylights throughout the Factory for natural Lighting during Daylight Hours. 
• Heat from Machinery is used to aid in heating the factory during winter months. 
• Ceiling Fans throughout the factory to more efficiently heat and cool. 
• All water used in manufacturing is on a “closed loop” system minimizing Water usage. 
• Factory operates 24 hours per day / 5 days a week to minimize the electrical usage needed for machinery start up. 
• Programmable “kick-down” thermostats are used throughout the offices. 
• Zoned Heating in the Factory to heat only the areas that are occupied. 
• “Environmentally Friendly” cleaning products used throughout the factory and offices.

• All office documents are printed on recycled paper. 
• All sales materials are printed on recycled paper. 
• All trash is separated and sent to local recyclers.
